Leisure Lake Co-Op is a 55 and older community located in Palmetto, in Southwest Florida. Situated between Tampa and Sarasota, we are close to the beautiful warm water beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, three major airports, as well as many excellent restaurants and entertainment venues! 

Our 400 plus home community consists of two clubhouses, swimming pool, fitness/rehabilitation center, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball court, and a library. Activities are abundant including dances, themed dinners, billiards, card playing, board games, trips and cruises and many classes such as basket making, sewing, wood working, ceramics, quilting, water aerobics, line dancing, and much more!  Laundry facilities are also onsite.
